Whether she’s gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Edition, walking the Victoria’s Secret runway in her skivvies or modeling for our very own Vegas magazine, Marisa Miller is one hot California girl. Before the blonde supermodel hit Haze nightclub on Saturday to promote her upcoming debut as Captain Morgan’s First Mate, Weekly caught up with Miller for tips on how to strike a sexy pose for club photos and what to wear this fall:

You never take a bad picture. When we get asked to pose in a Vegas club, how can we keep from looking amateurish?

I think one of the biggest misconceptions women have when posing is they try to hide their curves. You really want to accentuate your curves even more than you would think. When you’re wearing something that’s really body-conscious, it’s really good to have a good posture, stand straight and push out your booty.

What are you excited to wear now that it’s not so damn hot?

I’m looking forward to wearing my boots and leather jackets. Knee-high boots and over-the-knee boots both flat and heeled are really flattering on all kind of figures. You can dress it up or dress it down; they’re sexy, but they’re also really functional.

How do you stay in such amazing shape?

I’m from Santa Cruz originally, so I surf, and I also box a lot, too. I found I like a little more of an aggressive workout. It relieves stress, and it’s really cathartic. I’m coming out with a line of standup paddleboards with a company from Santa Cruz. If you surf, your life is pretty much built around the conditions of the ocean. If it’s flat, you can still paddleboard.
