X-Rated Mojito
We like it dirty. We like it sweet. But both at the same time? It’s possible, at least in the form of a new beverage. As the self-proclaimed “sexiest cocktail” in Sin City, the X-Rated Mojito is served each week at Rhumbar inside the Mirage on Monday nights for the Pink Sugar Jam party.
So what’s in this new version of a mojito that’s both naughty and nice? Four lime cubes, eight mint leaves, one ounce of rock candy syrup and two ounces of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur. They’re combined in a zombie cocktail glass and muddled together. Then crushed ice and a splash of soda are added, stirred and garnished with a mint sprig. Seems like a refreshing way to savor the last days of summer on Rhumbar’s patio.
