Simon Chef Kerry Simon’s three-course Sweethearts’ Menu features an array of dishes that channel his eclectic cooking style, from T-bone to tandoori salmon. Start with the Kusshi oysters prepared two ways and let Simon take care of the rest. February 11-14, $65 per person, 942-3292.
Marche Bacchus When atmosphere is a priority, this lakeside Summerlin bistro serves up four courses of modern French cuisine in a romantic setting.
