Four comedians unite for an ‘anti-social’ gathering

The four comedians of the Anti-Social Network take the Pearl stage Sunday night.

Calendar

The Anti-Social Network
July 3, 8 p.m., $65-$85.
The Pearl, 942-7777

If the combination of Dave Attell, Jim Breuer, Bill Burr and Jim Norton isn’t making you laugh already, consult a doctor. Four of the country’s funniest men have united for the Anti-Social Network, a comedy tour that’s been selling out venues nationwide. Host Norton, who assembled his “dream team” of comedians, gets the unenviable task of keeping things under control, though the odds of that happening are slim and none. Breuer, known to millions for his Goat Boy character on Saturday Night Live and his stoner persona in movies like Half Baked, is an absolute wild man on stage; Attell, host of Comedy Central’s Insomniac, is one of America’s rawest comedians; and Burr ... well, if you’ve never heard his bits about relationships, specifically why women get away with being assholes, get your ticket now. This should be one of the funniest shows in Las Vegas this year.
