Yet another EDM event is announced…
Wed, May 4, 2011 (8:39 p.m.)
Kaskade is just one of a few Vegas frequenters who will play the Labor Day event.
The electro explosion continues! That’s right; just when we began worrying EDM was over-saturating the city’s music market, another dance music event is announced.
Calendar
- Identity Festival
- September 5
- Location TBA

In addition to the infamous Electric Daisy Carnival and a Memorial Day Weekend lineup chock-full of great electro talent (including the Love Festival’s return this year to The Palms), Las Vegas will play host for the Identity Festival this Labor Day (that’s September 5—a Monday, EDM junkies, so be sure to save some raging and raving for this post-weekend awesomeness).
The traveling electronic extravaganza will hit 20 cities this summer and Sin City is the tour’s second-to-last stop. A number of acts have been released, with a few Vegas residents making the bill. Kaskade, Chuckie and Steve Aoki will all play the fest at a location yet to be announced.
