Top Notch Barbeque, normally found at Plant World, is a newcomer to the burgeoning food truck trend in the city.

A unique blend of seasonings and slow smoking over apple and pecan woods combine to create the juiciest, spiciest spare ribs in town, no sauce necessary. This mobile business also does great pulled pork, hot links and chicken. The secret is officially out. Usually parked at Plant World, 5311 W. Charleston Blvd. Schedule varies. 883-1555.
