It doesn’t matter if you don’t realize this is some of the best ramen outside Tokyo. It only matters that a bowl of swine-bone-broth tonkotsu, stacked with fresh noodles and melty slices of pork, is less than 10 bucks and one of the single most delicious dishes in the city. 5030 Spring Mountain Rd. Less is more at Monta, where Japanese craze ramen is the undisputed star. Try the roasted pork with pork bone broth or soy ramen base and topped with green onions, bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms. One taste and you'll be back to slurp on a regular basis.
