It doesn’t matter if you don’t realize this is some of the best ramen outside Tokyo. It only matters that a bowl of swine-bone-broth tonkotsu, stacked with fresh noodles and melty slices of pork, is less than 10 bucks and one of the single most delicious dishes in the city. 5030 Spring Mountain Rd.
