Best new restaurant: Estiatorio Milos
Thu, May 26, 2011 (midnight)
Rarely does the opening of a Strip restaurant signal the arrival of an entirely new cuisine in Las Vegas. We’ve had Greek food before, but never like this: paper-thin zucchini chips, achingly rich yogurt and fish prepared so gracefully, you’ll want to eat like this forever. At Cosmopolitan. Daily, 5 p.m.-midnight; Mon.-Fri., 12 p.m.-2:30 p.m. 877-551-7772.
