Best vegan eating: Komol

Steve Wynn provided hot spots for vegans on the Strip, but the rest of the Valley has plenty to offer. We love Komol’s mushroom tom kha vegetable spring rolls and kang pa, zucchini, snow peas, carrots, mushrooms, baby corn and bamboo shoots in red curry sauce with coconut milk. 953 E.
