Is life getting you down? Then you need to ride the C train—individually packaged syringes (without the needle) that are fun for child and adult alike. One of the more surreal experiences is watching the hostesses hawk the chocolate filled instruments to confused passersby. At Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Sun.-Thurs., 10 a.m.-11:30 p.m., Fri.-Sat., 10:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m. 462-8790.
