“The one dish I wish I would’ve come up with is the bone marrow oxtail fried rice at Blue Ribbon. Ridiculous. One of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth, and every time I go to the Cosmo I make a point of going up there and ordering it. It’s just amazing. It’s decadent. They use a mushroom/soy blend, so you get that saltiness, but then the smoothness of the mushrooms. You get the richness from the bone marrow and the heartiness of the oxtail. With a touch of either sambal or srichacha in it, it’s just over the top. Truly one of the best dishes I’ve ever had anywhere.”
