Few meals are as wholly satisfying as brunch, that happy halfway point between morning fare and lunchtime fodder that begs for liberal splashes of Tabasco and maple syrup.

It’s probably the only thing worth leaving bed for on a lazy Sunday, and this week, there are four good reasons to ditch your pillow and venture forth. Street Food Throwdown at Bread & Butter takes on this king of meals with a culinary food fight, pitting local trucks Tasty Bunz, Fukubuger, Lulu’s on the Move and Grouchy John’s against each other for the best brunch dish with mobile flair.

Come drown your hangover in bacon. It’s much tastier than Advil.
