As Lionel Richie so eloquently put it, “The time has come to raise the roof and have some fun.” Caesars Entertainment makes following Richie’s advice a bit easier with the All Night Pass, a nightlife passport that gives the holder VIP entry into seven clubs and nightspots, including Pure, Chateau, Gallery and the Pussycat Dolls Burlesque Saloon. The one-night-only pass costs $49.99, starts at 8 p.m. and turns into a pumpkin 12 hours later.
Saturdays can be depressing. You wake from dreams of confetti showers and champagne bottles the size of St. Bernards to a hangover and last night’s club stamp. Well, take heart, partygoers. Lavo’s epic champagne brunch arrives from New York October 15, bringing indulgent daylife that includes costumed hosts, lemon ricotta waffles, seafood plateaus, a mimosa bar and 15 types of champagne bottles in sizes from standard (750 ml) to sublime (a Nebuchadnezzar that holds the equivalent of 20 normal bottles). Set your alarm; the party starts at 2 p.m.
If you haven’t noticed the pink popping up around town and on TV this month, you should probably get your eyes checked. On October 19, Las Vegas Weekly joins the Pinktober movement with a special benefit edition of the Weekly Fling supporting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Don your best pink attire and head to the Palms’ Ghostbar from 9-11 p.m. to partake in free Absolut vodka until 10 p.m. and score giveaways from Flud Watches and more. DJ M!KEATTACK provides the soundtrack for the benefit bash.
Oh, to relive the sweet awkwardness of a high school dance—bad hair, bad dancing and the soulful tunes of Mr. Keith Sweat. Now you can, with the benefit of a few years in the game. Starting October 13, Crown Theater & Nightclub welcomes Stevie B and Keith Sweat’s Dance Party Thursdays starting at 10:30 p.m. You won’t even have to spike the punch.
