The Aces of Comedy series has been attracting high-profile comedians to the Mirage since 2010. The Tonight Show’s Jay Leno, Seth Meyers of Saturday Night Live and founding member of the Blue Collar Comedy crew Ron White have all been a part of the impressive comedic lineup.

And that lineup is about to get even better, as Comedy Central’s Daniel Tosh recently signed on for a residency that begins in 2012.

The Tosh.0 star is no stranger to the Mirage stage, though. VP of Hotel Operations Franz Kallao shared that Tosh performed a number of shows in the venue not too long ago in mid-2010. “He didn’t have Tosh.0 at the time and he was already doing really well. He did three or four shows for us and he did a great job,” said Kallao.

The Mirage executive is certain that the comedian’s upcoming dates will be just as successful. “All of his shows, I’m sure, are going to sell out,” stated Kallao, adding that he believes the brand name association with the comedian is a great addition to the Mirage’s image. “He is very hip, he’s very relevant, he’s current … it sends a message to the market that we’re paying attention to that.”

Tosh will perform at the Terry Fator Theatre beginning in February and his residency includes six dates. The current schedule is as follows: February 3-4, March 9-10 and April 27-28. Tickets are already on sale and available at mirage.com
