Spring is here. Revitalize, refresh and renew with the crisp Basil Bianco ($12). Served at Savile Row, the Luxor’s luxurious speakeasy, this libation gives a spirited cleanse in cocktail form.
Ray Srp, Vegas cocktail royalty and Savile Row bar manager, describes the Basil Bianco as “complex but not complicated.” The aroma is herbaceous and bright. The base is Oxley, a London dry gin that provides an elegant texture, juicy citrus and hints of juniper. Oxley carries the basil and grapefruit juice through a long and satisfying finish, while Martini & Rossi adds vanilla essence and a bit of balanced bitter.
Take a break from spring cleaning and muddle one up to pair with light bites, or don your finest bespoke attire and head to Savile Row for some herbal refreshment.
