Sheldon Adelson had Spaniards protesting recently over the possibility of a miniature version of the Las Vegas Strip being developed in either Madrid or Barcelona. Well, soon the Spanish might not be the only people up in arms. Fox Business reports the casino tycoon is looking into building more resorts across the globe, with his eyes specifically set on Japan, Korea and Vietnam. This begs the question: With the glitz, glamour and gaming of Las Vegas Boulevard being exported, will international tourists start to opt out of their local jaunts? Or will the city’s history as a party capital and the authenticity of the “Vegas experience” keep them coming? Remember, it’s not “What happens in Tokyo, stays in Tokyo” for a reason ...
