Delicate layers bonded merely by the molecules of their own mutual attraction. It’s not the preface to another late-night adventure in Vegas. It’s the star ingredient of Rí Rá Irish Pub’s Chocolate Chocolate ($14).
In 1920, Irish chocolate house Cadbury launched Flake, a mouth-crumbling bar of thinly folded milk chocolate. Since then, it has enjoyed decades of provocative advertisements, jingles and heralds in the UK as a symbol of indulgence and secret pleasure. Now, thanks to Rí Rá, this Irish import is paired with a martini glass of familiar liquor cabinet cordials for sweet cocktail satisfaction.
Enjoy the velvety Chocolate Chocolate with friends over a homey brunch or as an after-dinner dessert, or head to the shops at Mandalay Place to officially sláinte with Rí Rá’s longstanding bartender Wally Lang.
