Three questions with an Olympic volunteer

Las Vegas to London: Izaac Zevalking is impressed so far.

Izaac Zevalking is a Vegas resident, graphic designer for Crown Nightclub at Rio, and a proud volunteer at the Games of the XXX Olympiad. He shared a few tidbits about temporary life in London.

Any similarities between the Athlete’s Village and Las Vegas? The breathtaking architecture, the excitement ... and the endless sea of tourists being directed into venues.

What are your living conditions like? I am one of 70,000 volunteers. None of us are provided with accommodation. I am staying with a friend who lives nearby. We do get a free travel pass, though!

What's the most impressive thing you've personally witnessed so far? This is a bit of a cop out answer, but the most impressive thing is the atmosphere in and around the venues. It’s just incredible. English people are traditionally reserved, but the Olympics have changed that. Hopefully for good. When a game is on in the basketball arena, the whole stadium rumbles.
