Guns N' Roses will play 12 shows at the Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel starting on October 31, and tickets go on sale August 17.

Following up on two sold-old New Year's Eve shows—as well as a similar multi-show residency at the Joint by Motley Crüe last year—Axl Rose's current incarnation of the iconic rock band is set to launch Appetite for Democracy, a "one-of-a kind music experience" that will include "a set list created exclusively for the Joint" each night. The music will span the band's biggest hits, from the legendary 25-year-old Appetite for Destruction album to the most recent release, Chinese Democracy. The residency will be produced by AEG Live.

The current Guns N' Roses lineup includes frontman Rose, guitarists DJ Ashba, Richard Fortus and Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, keyboardists Dizzy Reed and Chris Pitman, drummer Frank Ferrer and bassist Tommy Stinson. This group played two powerful shows at the Joint to kick off 2012, the 25th anniversary of the band's arrival. The band, which has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, also was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, though Rose didn't join original members Slash, Duff McKagan and Steve Adler for that event.

Appetite for Democracy tickets start at $45 and are available starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 17. The concert schedule dates are: Oct. 31, and Nov. 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 14, 17, 18, 21, 23 and 24. For ticket info, visit ticketmaster.com or thejointlasvegas.com, or call (800) 745-3000.
