According to the New York Post, Rodman hopes to partner with Headquarters in New York City for the new business venture.

Lingerie football is an unabashed gimmick, but fans swear that: 1. The girls can play. 2. They’re no more exposed than the average poolside reveler on the Strip. But when Dennis Rodman announced his plan last week to start a topless women’s basketball league, there was a resounding WTF. Rodman got the idea from a strip club that filled the NBA lockout void with topless ball. According to the New York Post, he hopes to get a regular thing going with Manhattan’s Headquarters Gentlemen’s Club. It’s baffling that he didn’t choose a club in Las Vegas. Given the number of enhanced (i.e. stationary) breasts per capita, it would at least be safer. Either way, Rodman’s affection for pimp outfits would finally make sense.
