Corned beef, turkey and pastrami, plus piles of fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and coleslaw. And cheese, lots of cheese. We inadvertently teased you with this sandwich . But your chance to eat the Olympian is coming.
Johnny McGuire’s, the Town Square eatery that abruptly shuttered last week, is launching its new food truck—finally, mobile sandwiches!—at the next First Friday. The Johnny truck will be parked at the “main entrance” to the monthly culturefest, near the yoga tent at Charleston and Casino Center boulevards on August 3. So stop drooling on your copy of last week’s Weekly and get ready for sweet sandwich fulfillment.
