Most spirits have 100 calories for every ounce and a half. And that’s before adding mixers. Thankfully, Vegas’ own rockstar mixologist Ray Srp has crafted Skinny Dippin ($16), available at Wet Republic all summer long.
Skinny Dippin is less than 150 calories total, which means LVAC-ripped beach bods won’t be compromised with this cocktail. And with a base of Absolut Gräpevine, the latest member of the Swedish vodka family, neither is taste. Unlike most flavored vodkas, Gräpevine doesn’t have added sugar or artificial additives. Instead, this cooling refreshment is full of flavor: white grape, strawberry and lemon, with complimentary notes of dragon fruit and papaya.
So mix up a Skinny at home for some no-bathing-suit-required recreation. Or show some skin and pump some fists at the MGM Grand’s adults-only playground, where you can now sip sans guilt.
Skinny Dippin
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Absolut Gräpevine
