Botero Supper Club to debut July 9 at Encore

Chef Mark LoRusso is cooking up some fun for the new Botero Supper Club experience, starting at 9 p.m. nightly.

More dining updates and upgrades from Wynn/Encore: Botero, the steakhouse where veteran chef Mark LoRusso runs the show, will launch the Botero Supper Club experience July 9, including special menu items and cocktails and performance by celebrity DJs every night after 9 p.m.
Designed to maximize the proximity and energy between Botero and XS Nightclub, Botero Supper Club’s menu will highlight small plates and shareable bites such as a sushi selection—something new to the restaurant—as well as hamachi tartare with crispy rice cake and sweet chili vinaigrette, turkey-mozzarella meatball sliders, and a pork belly BLT.
Wynn also recently announced the closing of Switch Steak in Encore and renovated, renamed and reopened Mizumi.
