Best Guerilla Art: Cage Free Arts

When a group of artists amended a sign that read “Las Vegas Arts District” near the fenced-in, unused and locked Boulder Park Sculpture Plaza, their Styrofoam installation, which changed the words to “Cage Free Arts,” was so stealthy it lasted eight months. Bravo.
