Thu, Jun 28, 2012 (midnight)
Simple design equals seriously amazing sushi.

Sure, Kabuto only opened recently, but it’s already a food-circuit darling. What’s not to love about pristine sushi flown directly from Toyko’s Tsukiji fish market twice weekly? Our Valley has never seen anything like it, and with only 18 seats in the joint, neither may you. 5040 W. Spring Mountain Road #4, 676-1044. Mon-Sat, 6-11 p.m.
