You don’t even have to enter the restaurant—just linger and observe the infinite parade of beautiful people trekking through Cosmo’s third floor to grab a juicy steak and strong drink at STK before hitting Marquee. With outposts in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles, STK is a new style Las Vegas steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft. The bar scene is the centerpiece and the atmosphere is relaxed with a sexy vibe created by the in-house DJ. STK Las Vegas is a celebrity hotspot that offers a flirty, feminine take on the classic American steakhouse.
Brock Radke, Las Vegas Weekly's restaurant reviewer, called it "The Hot Spot" in his 2012 list of the 10 best steakhouses in Las Vegas.
