An attraction honoring Wayne Newton is also suing him

Wayne Newton’s Las Vegas estate is slated to become “Graceland West,” the iconic entertainer’s mansion and grounds full of priceless art, exotic animals and celebrity clutter transformed into a museum. But we may never see the themed car wash. A part-owner of CSD Management, the company that bought Newton’s property and rights to the museum project, is suing Newton. The suit claims that he and his family (and some of his pets) have unreasonably obstructed the project, first and foremost by refusing to vacate. There are at least two ironies here. 1. In order to “honor” Newton, the developer is trying to evict him. 2. How much sweeter would a Wayne Newton attraction be if Wayne Newton was in the kitchen eating cereal? Just sayin’.
