Andrea’s at Encore set to open December 28

Andrea’s restaurant and lounge is set to open in the Encore space adjacent to Surrender Nightclub.

Andrea’s, a new restaurant and nightlife venue to be managed by the Las Vegas Nightlife Group at Encore, will make its debut just before New Year’s Eve in the casino corner formerly home to the restaurant Switch.
Named for Steve Wynn’s wife, the approximately 6,000-square-foot Andrea’s will be governed by managing partner Sean Christie, who helms Las Vegas Nightlife Group and its popular venues Surrender, Encore Beach Club and Society Café Encore. Unlike Switch, Andrea’s will integrate into Surrender, and it will be enclosed from view of the casino floor. The menu will feature Asian-inspired flavors—meat, seafood, noodles, sushi and dim sum—and specialty cocktails, but the sounds will play as big a role as food: Wynn resident DJ Steve Angello—of Swedish House Mafia fame—will direct Andrea’s music program. The redesign also features a 2,100-square-foot terrace overlooking Surrender’s outdoor space.
Andrea's, scheduled for a December 28 opening, will operate nightly from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m., with the transition from restaurant to lounge around 11 p.m.
