Bagatelle’s Girl From Lima cocktail will help your palate feel happy

“There’s nothing quite like sipping a cocktail beneath a $189,000 chandelier,” says marketing assistant Joe Pickens, as he gestures toward multi-tiered Swarovski crystals hanging down the center of Bagatelle. The Tropicana’s new nightclub and restaurant officially held its grand opening this past Friday after months of anticipation. Guests can expect high-octane dancing beneath Euro-chic Parisian décor, whimsical touches and, of course, delicious cocktails.
One libation sure to get the party started—whether it’s Bagatelle’s famous Champagne brunch or a star-studded evening soiree—is the Girl From Lima ($14). The cocktail, an Eva Longoria favorite, has an elegant presentation. It’s herbal on the nose and filled with exotic tropical fruit flavors. And the jalapeño-infused BarSol Pisco has an authentically addictive lingering spiciness that will keep your palate begging for more.
The Girl From Lima
2 oz. jalapeño-infused BarSol Pisco
½ oz. rock candy
1 oz. passion fruit puree
¾ oz. lemon juice
3-4 mint leaves (garnish)
Method: Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Shake and double-strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint.
