Art Playwright Yasmina Reza thrives on chaos (see: God of Carnage, adapted for Roman Polanski’s film Carnage). This comedy follows a similar path, all the while asking, What is art? Laughlin International Film Festival That’s right: Laughlin is hosting an international film festival. It’s four days of feature films, shorts, workshops and a cosmic bowling Halloween party, all in the city on the banks of the Colorado River. 30 Rock Unlike Kenneth Parcell’s youth and innocence, most good things must come to an end. Like this NBC series, which just began its final season. Thursdays, 8 p.m.
