Nobu Hotel and Restaurant

When a renowned chef like Nobu Matsuhisa opens his first branded hotel at Caesars Palace, it comes with certain special amenities: the largest Nobu restaurant to date right downstairs; a 24-hour room service menu of Nobu food for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and a Nobu-curated minibar for in-room snacking.

So what, exactly, does the powerhouse Japanese chef with restaurants on five continents deem worthy to put in a hotel room drawer? Salt and black pepper Kettle potato chips; sweet potato Pop chips; Dean & Deluca dark chocolate, roasted cashews, hickory-smoked almonds and dark chocolate espresso beans; Nobu green tea; chocolate Pocky snacks and a small tin of gourmet popcorn from local shop Popped.

The popcorn, called oishi nori, is seaweed-inspired and was specialty created for the new Nobu Hotel, which officially opens on February 4. If you’d like to try it, you can book a room—rates appear to start at $250—or, you can head to Popped, where they’ll be selling the Nobu-corn for a limited time.
