Beyonce, Fall Out Boy, Coachella acts announce Vegas shows; Rod Stewart extends residency

On the heels of her highly-praised Super Bowl halftime performance Sunday evening, Beyonce announced the launch of her “Mrs. Carter Show” world tour, which includes a stop in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on June 29.
The new shows kick off in Belgrad, Serbia on Apr. 15, marking the pop star’s first world tour since 2009. Tickets range from $50 to $250 and go on sale Monday, Feb. 11 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster and the MGM Grand box office.
Beloved pop-punkers Fall Out Boy announced their highly-anticipated return this morning, including a new album, “Save Rock and Roll,” and a new tour that will come through Las Vegas June 15 at the House of Blues. Ticket prices and on-sale info are to be announced.
A slate of local spillover shows from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival have also been revealed, including gigs from headliners Phoenix, New Wave icons New Order and recently reunited indie darlings The Postal Service. Read more about those shows here.
Vegas favorite Rod Stewart announced that he will continue his “The Hits” residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace with eight new concerts this summer. The rock legend wraps up his slate of February shows at Caesars this week. Tickets for performances on July 20, 21, 24, 27, 28, 31 and Aug. 3 and 4 can be purchased beginning Saturday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster and The Colosseum box office.
