Gordon Ramsay and Nobu Matsuhisa, two celebrity chefs who have been spending a lot of time in Las Vegas lately, will each host and cook a Master Series Dinner as part of the annual Vegas Uncork'd foodie mega-event set for May 9-12. Those are two of nine new events planned for this year's Uncork'd, presented by Bon Appétit in partnership with Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand.

There will be a total of 28 events this year, and the first round of tickets went on sale today at 9 a.m. Vegas time at vegasuncorked.com, where you can also find a complete schedule of events.

Other new Uncork'd events include: a Master Series Dinner at Caesars' Old Homestead steakhouse on May 9; a poolside sneak peek at chef Michael Mina's soon-to-open Pub 1842 at MGM Grand on May 10; a vodka and caviar tasting session with chef Brian Massie at Mandalay Bay's Red Square on May 11; and a beer brunch and traditional Sunday roast at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill on May 12. The Uncork'd kickoff party will be held at MGM Grand's Hakkasan at 9 p.m. May 9, and the biggest event, the Grand Tasting, returns to Caesars Palace at 7:30 p.m. May 10.
