Tivoli Village, the nearly two-year-old retail center near the Summerlin suburbs, continues to add interesting dining options, releasing information today confirming a rumor that acclaimed chef Bradley Ogden will make his return to Las Vegas with a restaurant there.

Ogden, a James Beard award winner who operated his namesake restaurant at Caesars Palace for 10 years before closing in 2012, will create the casual Hops & Harvest at Tivoli Village, in the space formerly occupied by Bottles & Burgers. His new menu will stick to his signature farm-to-table style, according to the press release, and is set to open in late May.

Ogden’s arrival is the second celebrity chef-anchored concept to take over an already established space at Tivoli Village. Poppy Den, an Asian fusion restaurant from chef Angelo Sosa, opened earlier this year in the two-story building that previously housed Petra, a Greek taverna.

“Tivoli Village is redefining the local dining scene,” the center’s general manager, Tonia Chafetz, said in the release. “We are now able to offer a central location where diners can choose culinary delights from a number of award-winning chefs who have never before ventured to off-Strip locations. This is only the beginning of our growth into a destination dining hub.”

Indeed, the center also plans to open Pizza Lounge in March (where Radio City Pizzeria originally opened) and Echo & Rig this summer, the latter an old-school style steakhouse and butcher shop operated by LA chef Sam Marvin.

Other food and drink options at Tivoli Village include Brio Tuscan Grille, Cantina Laredo, Kabuki Japanese restaurant, La Casa Cigars & Lounge, Leone Cafe, Taste Market & Deli, View Wine Bar & Kitchen and YoScream.
