Turns out Coyote Ugly isn’t closing

The New York-New York bar has been open for more than a decade.
Put those chaps back on, party people.
In an interesting turn of events, Angel Management Group announced today that Strip staple Coyote Ugly will remain open.
The announcement comes less than a month after AMG CEO Neil Moffit’s February 18 statement confirming the New York-New York venue’s then-scheduled March 1 closure.
"Angel Management Group and MGM Resorts International have reached an agreement to keep Coyote Ugly open at New York-New York Hotel & Casino and we are delighted that our current staff will continue their employment at the venue," said Moffitt in a prepared statement.
The bar, a branch of the brand depicted in the 2000 film of the same name, will continue to open its doors and daiquiri bar seven days a week. Yard cocktail enthusiasts and fans of bartop dancing by scantily clad ladies, you may now rejoice.
