Kim Kardashian is the apple of Eva Longoria Parker’s eye

You’re so hot. No, you’re so hot.

Eva Longoria Parker loves her some Kim Kardashian. She let the world know as much at last night’s soft opening of her second nightclub, Eve, located inside Crystals at CityCenter.

Before a backdrop of screaming fans that appeared to be thoroughly enjoying her new party digs above Beso Restaurant, Longoria Parker proclaimed Kardashian “the sexiest, hottest woman alive today." Decked out in a short black dress with a sheer top and newly fashionable (again) shoulder pads as well as her requisite Sugar Factory couture lollipop, the reality TV star looked the part, and the crowd roared in approval. Of course, hostess Longoria Parker ain’t so bad herself.

In party-ready dress, the two gave simulated New Year’s Eve interviews for Fox. Eva plugged her club as well as Eve’s signature beverage, a white sangria, which the petite star cradled in a giant wine glass. “I’m not a drinker, but I think I am tonight," Kardashian proclaimed, on this, “the last night of 2009." There was some confusion in the crowd about her speech until word got around that the Fox footage was being shot as if it were already New Year’s Eve.

After the shoot, it was “Party on!” for Kardashian, who remained in the club, which features a small dance floor, computerized menus, white marble tables, cocktail servers in beaded gold flapper dresses and leather walls set against floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over CityCenter’s very heart. Longoria Parker retired to Beso for dinner at a long table, which also seated Mario Lopez. She’ll relive New Year’s tonight as the host of Eve’s grand opening celebration.
