Indulge in traditional steakhouse inspirations and signature drinks at Hard Rock's newest restaurant, 35 Steaks + Martinis. Dine under the light of chrome-plated chandeliers or see and be seen bar and lounge area fit for a rock star. Menu items include the Tomahawk Steak, Colorado Lamb and Organic Herb-Roasted Chicken. Drinks include the 35 Gimlet and the Spicy Signature Serrano Martini and a wine list that features Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin labels among others.
The lounge will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 12:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
