The owner and executive chef, Steven Lee, began the Amlee tradition as the head chef at Chin's in 1975. He continued to start his own restaurant, the acclaimed Chinafirst restaurant. This tradition of excellence is now carried on by the Amlee Gourmet restaurant.

Lunch is 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is served daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
