Cocktails have names like the Platinum Blonde and the Prell, and yes, there actually is a woman who will paint your nails. Vegas' installment of the kitschy-but-cool beauty salon-themed bar offers a concrete patio and outdoor stage for live performances in addition to the spacious retro bar.
