Top Vegas chefs compete in local Quickfire Challenge

This Summerlin restaurant pairs a fabulous wine shop with a quaint French bistro and docks them both lakeside for a rare Vegas waterfront dining experience. With Puerto Rican Emeril disciple Jean Paul Labadie (formerly of Table 10) at the helm, Marche Bacchus has been rejuvenated. While the kitchen still churns out the classic French dishes that regulars love, Labadie has added a gumbo to the menu and plans to slowly supplement the culinary line-up with a range of new dishes that draw on his island heritage and years spent cooking with Lagasse in New Orleans.
