The Brand Steakhouse's menu is served between the hours of 5 and 10 p.m. seven days a week. After dinner is served, the restaurant transforms itself into an elegant lounge, which stays open until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
