The freshest ingredients are brought together in an exciting display of taste and talent at the superb Buffet Bellagio. The Buffet incorporates several live-action cooking stations and a level of food quality and presentation not currently experienced in Las Vegas. Guests may choose from the best of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, seafood and American cuisines, offered daily, or enjoy an exquisite champagne brunch on the weekend. Buffet Bellagio is a non-smoking facility.
Breakfast is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday ($17.99). Lunch is from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday $20.99). Dinner is 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday ($31.99). Gourmet Dinner, which includes a caviar station, is 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday ($37.99).
Weekend Brunch is 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday ($27.99, with unlimited champagne $35.99).
