Famed restaurateur Hubert Keller of Fleur de Lys brings his own take to the American classic burger experience. Burger Bar brings the finest varieties of beef, buffalo, turkey, vegetarian and vegan products, along with a range of gourmet toppings and buns. It also offers desserts and a variety of hand-crafted microbrews. If you're interested in an ultimate burger, try the Rossini, named for the 19th century Italian composer known for his love of fine food. The Rossini, at $60, features Kobe Style Wagyu Beef from Australia, sauteed foie gras and shaved truffles on an onion bun.
The Las Vegas Weekly staff included the Hubert Keller Burger in its list of the 10 most delicious burgers from local burgeries.
