Whether you choose from their extensive menu or create your own dish, Cabo Mexican Restaurant is the place for south-of-the-border fare. They even have a wide variety of margaritas served up by their "Flair Bartenders." Make sure to check out Taco Tuesday for an all-you-can-eat taco buffet for $14.99. Cabo Mexican's bar stays open until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturday, the bar stays open until midnight and serves appetizers only.

We chose the Pick a Meal Deal that Station Casinos was running. The complimentary taco chips were served hot and accompanied by two salsas plus a hot bean dip. We each selected the 2-item combination of chicken enchiladas and a chile relleno. Although the restaurant is gorgeous, the food was no better or worse than any of the other Station Casinos' Mexican eateries. I used comps to pay the $17.22 bill. 2Forks out of a possible 5.
