There was no 'service'. The food was cold & poor. Management, seriously, I would not use the word "Management" to describe them.
I would not go back & I will tell all that this was a complete disappointment.
I bet next year at this time, Cadillac Ranch will no longer be at Town Square.

The vibe was good, the bull was rad, but hireing young girls with nice boobs will never be a substitute for good service. I will absolutely go back because the place is awesome, they just need some time to work out some kinks...

A friend was visiting and we decided to eat at the Cadillac Ranch as I had a dining certificate from Groupon- paid $12 for $35 http://www.groupon.com/r/uu1143985 .
The place is amazing! nostalgic photos covered the wall and high quality TVs made viewing numerous venues easy. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We were professionally greeted, seated and our waitress was very attentive. We had an excellent meal and enjoyed several brief conversations with the her. She told us of weekly events and specials then provided supporting material.
I was pleased to see they host UFC pay-per-view and will be a regular for those events. This is a great restaurant with awesome food, hosting, entertainment and service. I recommend you visit and see for yourself. Remember, " You get more from sugar then from vinegar!"
