Cantina Laredo serves lunch, dinner, drinks and Sunday brunch with a modern Mexian cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. The Mexico City-style menu includes grilled fish, chicken and steaks complimented by signature sauces, such as chipotle wine with portobello mushrooms or sauteed artichoke hearts and roasted bell peppers. Drinks include the signature margarita, the Casa Rita.
Here's what the Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke says about it: "It’s the little things that make me think Cantina Laredo will work just fine, like the roasted tomato salsa on the table, and the fact that the guacamole cart engineer offers the option of adding diced serrano chiles with lots of seeds. Too spicy for Summerlin? You can handle it."
The Weekly's Erin Ryan liked their Tamarind Rita, which was the Tivoli Village hot spot's special Cinco de Mayo menu star.
