Tapping Vegas talent (again) for ‘Top Chef Masters’ Season Two

If you wonder what the "modern" means in modern American cuisine and design, think David Burke. The menu will surprise you with dishes like crisp & angry lobster cocktail, pretzel crusted crab cakes and cheesecake lollipop tree on the menu, and so will the genius presentation when they arrive. The decor features bold reds and black and an interesting spiky red sculpture in the center that looks like giant overgrown coral or frozen flames of fire.
