Eddie D’s serves-up great Italian sandwiches. Choose from one of their signature selections named after Sopranos characters (the Pauly Walnuts features prosciutto, sharp provolone, sweet capicola and Genoa salami) or build your own cold sandwich with goodies from the deli case. You can even choose to keep it hot with chicken parmigiana, Italian roast beef or Philly cheesesteak. Take advantage of the slider menu and mix and match three different mini-sandwiches, choosing from meatballs which they make in store, sausage, roast beef or roast pork.

If this place is world famous why is this there first place of business.. the Italian beef sandwich is so small you could almost miss it.. a real IB is big that you almost need a fork to eat it first with peppers hot or mild.. not the case here .. bite size sandwich.. the bread is so hard you better watch so you don't break your teeth.. if you get sausage it looks like a hamburger patty not a real Italian sausage... I gave them a few chances and every time the food was different there was no consistency in anything. its a nice place so if they figure out how to make real sandwiches they might have a chance at being a good place to eat but if its going to be an overprice summerlin type place to eat then forget it.. save your money . The owners are very friendly and always willing to talk to customers. I just think they need to visit Chicago and see what a real Italian beef is made of.. the other cold cut sandwich are very good but if you try to add things to the menu that you have no idea how to make then that's where the problem is.
