Perched on the 11th floor of Paris Las Vegas, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers impeccably prepared classic French cuisine with a killer view of the Las Vegas Strip. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the Bellagio fountains.
Chef Joho's menu provides premier French cuisine, including a Grand Seafood Platter with lobster, shrimp, oysters, crab and clams; beef Wellington; roasted rack of lamb, and a selection of souffles.
Tours begin at 9 a.m. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Brunch is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is from 5 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 5 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The Bar and Lounge are open from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
