Envy (or NV--get it?) is a terrific joint. Chef Richard Chamberlain is one of the most talented steakhouse men in the country. Try the BLT iceberg lettuce wedge, pea soup with Vermont cheddar and prosciutto, amazing steaks and the world's best meatloaf.
